Michelle Divan is an independent Tax Planner and Consultant with 20 years of experience serving individuals and small businesses across the country. Her tax specialties include S-Corporation tax preparation, Real Estate professionals, rental property owners and professional athletes. She also provides full-charge Bookkeeping services: AP/AR, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. Finances can cause a lot of stress in both your business and in personal relationships, and Michelle is able to provide a service that alleviates that stress for people - - she’s even been told that hiring her helps to settle marriage disputes! She has always had a love of numbers and analysis, and was drawn to tax work because she enjoys the challenge of making all the different numbers and pieces fit together. Outside of crunching numbers, she is a Colorado native and has two amazing kids, one of whom is serving in the US Navy and the other is also a small business owner in Graphic Design. She rides motorcycles, and loves anything to do with cars and sports - Go Broncos! She is also in the process of building out a camper van to travel across the country - and eventually Central and South America.
